Our Services

SBTC provides a wide array of services to support the deployment, integration and advancement of technology in schools and other non-profits throughout Chicagoland. These services include:

  • Live helpdesk with remote support capabilities
  • Network design and monitoring
  • Regular on-site technician visits
    • Or if better suited, blocks of hours for projects and supplemental support
  • Assistance with technology decision-making and procurement
  • IT Project management
  • Assistance with deployment or installation of equipment, software, and services
  • Server and e-mail account administration

Perhaps the most valuable service we provide is expertise. Many organizations want to implement technology, but are afraid of the financial risks of undertaking costly projects they do not fully understand. Hiring regular outside consultants at corporate rates might take away the fear of understanding, but it also usually makes the cost of the project prohibitive to non-profits.

SBTC offers many services customized to the needs of our members.
